Living Room Coffin
"IRIS HAWTHORN, a lonely 9-1-1 operator, anonymously receives a coffin in the mail and sets off on a tragicomic odyssey to discover the sender. Her co-worker, PATRICIA, dismisses the delivery as a mistake, but Iris continues to receive bizarre items from two equally bizarre delivery men.
Iris goes to all lengths to find the culprit, including impersonating a federal agent and even accusing her on-and-off boyfriend SETH. As she considers rekindling their romance, Iris confronts the list of suspects, including the owner of a haunted house, a funeral parlor worker, and the faceless shipping company, among others.
As Iris copes with growing insomnia, her relationship with Seth, and caring for her grandma, the young woman is finally given a purpose: To find who sent her that coffin. But can she find them in time? Or will the impending threat find her first?
