In the film "Black Gestapo," General Ahmed takes action by forming an inner-city People's Army to alleviate the suffering of the Watts community. When the locals face increasing oppression from Mafia thugs, Colonel Kojah, Ahmed's right-hand man, proposes the creation of a protection squad for more direct intervention. Ahmed fears this squad could spiral into a vigilante mob, a concern that quickly materializes. Will Ahmed be able to regain control from the power-hungry Kojah, or will he become the mob's next target?
